ABBYY ISBN Reader is a demo app for iPhone. It demonstrates the ability of the ABBYY Mobile Data Capture Solution to find and extract ISBN number from photos and provide information on a book.

The user snaps a photo of an International Standard Book Number (ISBN) using their cell phone camera and sends the image to the data processing server.

ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine server recognizes the image and extracts ISBN information using special flexible template (FlexiLayout^TM technology)

The mobile app receives information showing the title, author, publisher, and the price on www.amazon.com with direct link

By clicking on a link the user can go directly to Amazon and buy the book.
