Intellectual File Naming

Now MFPs can automatically generate a meaningful name for any scanned document allowing user to organize and retrieve documents easier than ever. Automatic File Naming eliminates the need to rename scanned files or deal with confusing names like “document0001.pdf”.

Automatic File Naming

Using a document type and unique identifier — such as a document number, date, page number, title, etc. – FineReader Engine 2.0 for Embedded OS defines the best name for the document.
