Update for ABBYY Lingvo 12

ABBYY Lingvo 12

Important! This update is intended for the following applications:

  • ABBYY Lingvo 12 English Russian (builds 12.0.0.351, 12.0.0.413, 12.0.0.442)
  • ABBYY Lingvo 12 European (builds 12.0.0.355, 12.0.0.413, 12.0.0.442)
  • ABBYY Lingvo 12 Multilingual (builds 12.0.0.356, 12.0.0.413, 12.0.0.442)
  • ABBYY Lingvo 12 Three Languages (builds 12.0.0.356, 12.0.0.413, 12.0.0.442)

This update corrects the following errors in ABBYY Lingvo 12:

  • Incorrect working of Pop-up translation in Internet Explorer;
  • Incorrect showing of Pop-up translation window in Chinese-Russian direction;
  • Added function that allows to close Lingvo on clicking on the X button in the main window (in case you want the concurrent license to become available as in previous versions of ABBYY Lingvo).

To install the update:

  1. Create a new folder.
  2. Download the update for desktop version and mobile version of ABBYY Lingvo 12 - Lingvo12_Service_Pack_Full.zip file (35,4 Mb) or the update for desktop version of ABBYY Lingvo12  only - Lingvo12_Desktop_Service_Pack.zip file (11,8 Mb).
  3. Unzip the downloaded archive.
  4. To run the installation of update double click on the file (L12537(1).exe or L12537(2).exe). To complete the installation process, follow the instruction of the ABBYY Lingvo 12 Service Pack 1 - Installshield Wizard.
