Technical Support Policy

Thank you for choosing ABBYY products.

ABBYY provides free technical support for all its boxed products.

For enterprise and development products technical support is available in accordance with the maintenance agreement which may be a separate agreement or a part of End-User License Agreement accompanying the product.

In most cases, technical support is available for the current version of a product and its previous version. Technical support may not be available in cases of conflict between the Policy and the License Agreement or national laws. Click here for a full list of Supported Products.

Technical support is only provided to registered users.

Please note that many issues can be solved by consulting the User’s Guide, the Help file or the Technical Support section on this website, please feel free to contact us. Technical support is provided by two ways:
