Mandatory Skill Set:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in the IT industry
  • Good experience in all the project management aspects as pre-sale support, financial, planning, estimation, development, delivery, and consulting
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, XP
  • Experience of projects with Enterprise level companies
  • Feeling free managing several projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Requirements gathering and Documentation skills
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English

Additional experience (will be an advantage)

  • Knowledge of programming, databases, client-server architecture, cloud
  • PM or BA Certifications
  • Experience in managing a remote team

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage several small to mid-sized projects
  • Implement and support proper project life-cycle processes and workflows
  • Define, analyze, and manage risks
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and accounts
  • Continuous teams workload control and manage/prioritize tasks
  • Business processes evaluation and implementing solutions
  • Requirements gathering
  • Defining configuration specifications
  • Translation of business requirements to technical tasks
  • Working closely with clients & technicians
  • User acceptance testing support
  • Delivering quality control, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
