Solution Marketing Manager, Healthcare - Flexible Location

Summary

As a Solution Marketing Manager, you’ll work directly with our Product Managers to design solutions for our healthcare customers, while collaborating with internal sales teams and partners to enable their success in generating new business and penetrating accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Healthcare Industry Expert – Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ABBYY Digital Intelligence in the healthcare market. You are the internal expert on our buyers/customers, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Digital Intelligence Expert – Define solutions that can be marketed and delivered to customers that utilize process mining, process analytics, data capture, and intelligent automation. 
  • Research and Analysis – Perform target market research, analyzing customer needs and competitive products to create effective product positioning and messaging. You are the expert on our competition and how to win against them with the customers.
  • Solution Launch – Develop strategy and plans for new solution launches and releases. In collaboration with cross-functional teams ensure successful execution / implementation of such strategies and plans. This includes content creation, messaging, briefings, and enablement.
  • Solution Packaging and Pricing – Define and maintain an appropriate product price list to support the organization meet its business growth and sales revenue objectives for this product.  
  • Product Management – In conjunction with the Product Management team, prioritize product roadmap, features, updates, and maintenance for formal releases to the market and customers.
  • Sales/Partner Enablement – Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling of your solutions.
  • Content Creation – Develop marketing, thought leadership, and sales materials/assets to support demand generation, customer journey, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Demand Generation – Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to zupport digital marketing with campaign strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and pipeline progression.
  • Analyst Relations – Engage with leading analyst and consulting firms as our vertical solution expert in the healthcare vertical, while being responsible internally for briefing stakeholders on relative data. 
  • Travel – Approximately 25-50% travel for internal meetings, customer meetings, and representing ABBYY at industry events. Can include international travel. 

Mandatory Skill Sets & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or closely related field. 
  • 10+ years working in the capacity of Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or consulting role
  • 10+ years in the enterprise software market, working in a field facing role for enterprise (B2B) software products, preferably in the business intelligence, process mining, process management, and intelligent automation space.  
  • 5+ years’ professional experience in product marketing, product management, business/process analyst, customer success, or solution consulting through an integrator with a focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with the core processes of revenue cycle management, patient onboarding, electronic medical records, patient journey, procurement, and financial operations in healthcare.  Able to present these use cases in detail to senior executives at a medical center, freestanding clinic, hospital or medical group.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, strategic lead generation, direct marketing mediums, and SFA/CRM technology platforms.
  • Expertise in buying personas, including how they buy and their buying criteria, along with the ability to transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis, collection and analysis of data, and development of conclusions.
  • Background in communicating product requirements, go-to-market strategies, and technical information to development teams.
  • Well versed in Product marketing best practices – development of product positioning statements, messaging, launch plans, and collateral resources (product brochures and presentations), and presenting each of these materials.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud products or solutions.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.  
  • Strong understanding or ability to quickly master how capture and intelligent automation is leveraged within banking.

  • Flexible and able to effectively manage changes in priorities and/or business demands
