Salesforce Admin - Flexible location USA

We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to ensure that ABBYY capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

A successful Salesforce Administrator manages the process to deploy updates and enhancements. They understand the client needs and implement solutions that provide successful results and outcomes for our users. To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce Administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 400+ users.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Manage Salesforce.com data updates.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Own and manage the full spectrum of SDFC permission model including security, users, roles, profiles and groups.
  • Territory and Lead Management for Global Sales Users.   
  • Occasional Travel required up to 10%

Skill, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
  • 5+ Years Experience in Salesforce
  • Desired Qualifications and Skills:   
  • Possess critical thinking and investigation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft office or similar software.
  • Advanced Proficiency in English 

Education

  • 4 year Degree or equivalent
