Customer Support Consultant

Responsibilities

•    Support incoming issues from customers and respond accordingly

•    Isolate and reproduce product issues, file reports and assist in providing timely workarounds and fixes to our customers

•    Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage of ABBYY products

•    Feature requests and bug reports creation

•    Follow up with customers when promised/scheduled

•    Knowledge base articles creation

Requirements

•    Upper-intermediate\Advanced level of English, Russian and Ukrainian

•    Ability to quickly identify problems and define solutions

•    Ability to grasp the product and technical knowledge quickly

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Excellent work standards and high motivation

•    Understand basic IT knowledge in installing software and OS features

•    Higher education, recent graduates or final years students

•    Ability to work in evening (US) shift (14-23)
