Marketing Manager Europe (f/m/d)

The ABBYY Europe Regional Marketing Manager manages a variety of integrated marketing programs - including content campaigns, event planning & execution as well as online advertising. As part of the Europe Demand Generation team, this role focuses on promoting ABBYY products in the Uk & Ireland, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant sales managers, partners, and various international colleagues. This position is based in the UK and reports directly to the Director Demand Generation Europe.  



  • Develop and execute annual marketing lead generation plan aligned with ABBYY's strategic business and brand objectives in the particular region of responsibility (UK&I);
  • Research, plan and implement lead generation programs including online marketing campaigns and mailing campaigns, content promotion, webinars, and traditional events (ABBYY owned events as well as third party activities);
  • Plan, control, and report on your local marketing budget;
  • Track and analyze campaign results using marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and CRM systems;
  • Cooperate with other regional and international teams (product marketing, sales, and PR teams) to deliver the best results.


  • 2-3 years of work experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT/Software industry, with responsibilities related to event planning and marketing communications;
  • Working-level knowledge of key marketing concepts and ability to apply them in day-to-day operations, such as best practices in event marketing, digital marketing and content, advertising, direct mail, etc. 
  • Bachelor's University or equivalent degree;
  • Full proficiency in English (writing and editing);
  • Ability to manage ongoing relationships with multiple business groups including sales team, partners, marketing vendors, and others;
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail;
  • Ability to travel (3 to 6 times per year) to support tradeshow activity.
