Solution Development Representative - Temp

Responsibilities

  • Develops introductory messages for line of business penetration
  • Completes account researched and development for proactive opportunity development
  • Researches and qualifies leads, including org chart identification, to attain lead development quota
  • Develop and maintain relationships with account stakeholders while acquiring account intelligence to leverage in opportunity development calls and in collaboration with field sales
  • Collaborates with Account Executives to determine campaign tactics
  • Manages a high volume of outbound prospecting calls, proactively and reactively
  • Provide field marketing event support
  • Assists with developing business processes for the LDR team
  • Provides support to SDR team members

Requirements

  • Experience with consultative/solution sales
  • Experience with pipeline management; both marketing and sales leads
  • Experience building and maintain profession relationships
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Proven history of lead development
  • Experience effectively managing a large sales territory
  • Able to effectively balance and manage multiple concurrent business process
  • Able to utilize social selling techniques
  • Able to provide field marketing event support
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools – preferably Salesforce.com
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree), preference of Business or related study, or equivalent work experience
