Senior CRM Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Office or Remote within Germany, UK, France, Spain, USA, or remote in Belgium, Netherlands

We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst (f/m/d) to join our ever-growing international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership from the Salesforce team side (end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large implementation projects) 
  • Process Ownership of selected system module(s) and definition of the process roadmap with the Product Owner 
  • Collect and analyze requirements from relevant stakeholders 
  • Determine efficient solution and provide design leadership to address impact on processes and the system 
  • Create and update technical documentation 
  • Collaborate with the development team (developers/QAs) 
  • Analyze and address incidents/change requests from the Support team 
  • Maintain the project and user documentation 
  • Participate in end users trainings


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of professional experience in a relevant field 
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or ERP systems implementations as a System analyst or Consultant (especially  
  • 2+ years of experience leading a work stream including grooming and assessment of requirements, designing solutions, performing impact analysis and hands on experience with configuration 
  • Two or more certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Developer, App Builder) 
  • Understanding of databases basics, system and data integration architecture 
  • Experience in writing technical documentation 
  • Experience in business processes modeling 
  • Good communication skills and business level English language skills are required 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Quick learner, analytical mind, ability to structure the information, define logical circuitries, critical thinking, attention to details 

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding/working knowledge of sales and marketing processes 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio  
  • Experience in using issue tracking tools like TFS, JIRA or Trello  
  • Understanding of Software industry specifics
