Mid-Market Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

•    Lead management (Processing and Distribution) for LATAM
•    Support local initiatives to localize products and collateral material
•    Partner on-boarding and related events / activities
•    Interact with Demand Gen and Marketing teams to organize events and collect reference cases
•    Support general inquiries from prospects, partners, and customers
•    Interact with Sales, Fulfillment, Support, and related areas to deliver our products and solutions
•    Support US sales team with small transactional opportunities
•    First contact for renewals team
•    Support US MM sales team and LATAM region
 

Requirements


●    Experience prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building a pipeline of new strategic relationships
●    Skill in navigating organizations to find and engage the right contact
●    2 or more years of sales or business development experience
●    Strong knowledge and experience communicating via phone, email, SMS, Skype, and webinar
●    Strong research skills with ability to learn about assigned market
●    Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
●    Excellent organizational and time management skills
●    Able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
●    Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and social media tools

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree), preference of Business or related study, or equivalent work experience
