Enterprise Sales Manager

  • Searching for new sales opportunities in the region (PL and/or CZ), understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Establishment and management of a pipeline of new business opportunities (Enterprise accounts)
  • Consistent in-market presence to be able to identify and analyze key market trends, potential new target audiences, key customer needs and ability to translate those into newly identified opportunities and markets
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media activities;
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
  • Close sales and achieve annual quotas;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activities on assigned leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Participating in local marketing activities as a speaker or participant.


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT software industry;
  • University degree, preferably in computer science or business management;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent Business English is a must;
  • Fluent Czech or/and Polish is a must;
  • Experience in marketing (adv, copywriting), Project management is a plus;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Readiness for international business trips and participation in conferences
