Location: Office or Remote within France or Germany

As a Renewal Account Manager Strategic Accounts (f/m/d) you will be responsible for renewal management of strategic customers and partners of ABBYY. You will coordinate renewal process with ABBYY customers and partners across the region and establish the link between Customers & Partners and ABBYY Sales, Legal & Customer Success organisations. You are the ideal candidate for this position if you are interested in the following topics:

  • Renewal management for strategic customers and global international enterprises, BPO’s, GSI’s
  • Communication with Customers, Sales, Legal and Customer Success departments
  • Working in an agile international environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for renewal revenue of strategic customers worldwide
  • Communication with clients and approval workflows
  • Reporting to service management
  • Contract management for subscriptions, SMUA, royalty reports
  • Comprehensive cooperation with ABBYY Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Financial Planning, Accounting, etc., teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics or equivalent training, or at least 3 years of working experience in administration, renewal and contract management for Strategic accounts
  • Experience in selling ABBYY products and technologies to international enterprises
  • Conversant with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Outlook
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Effective teamwork and ability to work independently and to take direction
  • Communication skills and customer focus
  • Profound knowledge of French and English languages, both spoken and in writing; other languages (especially Spanish, German, Russian) are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team setup
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence would be of benefit
  • Experience in Accounts Payables (Credit Notes, Invoicing, Purchase orders etc.) or Contract management would be of benefit
