Responsibilities

  • Creation of orders for performed services by ABBYY service teams;
  • Communication with clients and approval workflows;
  • Reporting to service management and budget monitoring;
  • Accounts Payable processes (Credit Notes, Invoicing, Purchase orders etc.);
  • Contract management for ABBYY service function;
  • Project administration and control
  • Comprehensive cooperation with ABBYY Accounts Payable, legal, financial planning etc. teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or at least 2 years of working experience in administration or Accounts Payable or contract management or similar functions;
  • Conversant with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Outlook; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Effective teamwork and ability to work independently and to take direction;
  • Communication skills and customer focus;
  • Native or proficiency level of English;
  • Willingness to work in a global team setup.
