  • Communicate with various stakeholder groups including sales, legal, sales operations, order fulfilment, finance, and product marketing to support deal requirements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ABBYY's licensing and pricing models to provide deal structuring guidelines and ensure that all deals align with corporate strategies and guidelines.
  • Assist with non-standard deal requests, structuring sophisticated deals, driving cross-functional and cross solution teamwork to accelerate deal cycles and ensure revenue recognition requirements are handled.
  • Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness via forecast calls, deal reviews, early checkpoint and enforcement of standard business practices and policies.
  • Drive enhancements to the quote-to-order processes and policies.


  • 5+ years of experience with deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing multi-national company
  • Fluent in English, and additional language Japanese/Mandarin preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Apttus/Conga CPQ & CLM is a plus
  • Clear business focus and proven track record in structuring commercial negotiations
  • Team-oriented mindset with highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships with diverse audiences
  • Strong Project management - able to take on large initiatives and execute cross functional projects
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; diligent with deliverables and deadlines, able to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written
  • Solid understanding of software revenue recognition principles
  • Experience in contract management
