Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect for Professional Services you will help to build/increase IDP customer satisfaction and related services' revenue growth, through the technical engagement and enablement of our customers and partners. Your goal will be to ensure successful design of IDP solutions and able to deploy these solutions reliably. You will be responsible for comprehensive consulting services and project management for the ABBYY products working in an agile international environment to coordinate project delivery with ABBYY teams. You will establish the link between business requirements and technical implementation. You must have proven communication skills with the immediate ability to establish domain expertise with ABBYY customers and partners at any level, from executive to developer.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted technical advisor to customers
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices to the customer about ABBYY Products and related services
  • Collaborate with ABBYY business development, other professional services teams, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and effectively use ABBYY products and services
  • Gather product feedback and work with feature product managers to create product feature requests and reduce friction points that slow down or prevent customers from adopting the products or service
  • Business consulting and implementation around IDP use cases such as: Invoice processing, Mailroom scenarios, data extraction from contracts
  • Consulting Analysis around ABBYY Process Mining technologies

Requirements

Preferred skills:

  • Experience working across internal and external organizations, for complex mission-critical solutions
  • Strong ability to articulate complex value propositions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Prior knowledge and experience in ABBYY Products and technologies
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, solution architecture, scalability, and security concepts
  • Good analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specification
  • Creativity and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience in training customers on software and technologies

Full time Bachelor Degree
