Responsibilities

  • Project leadership from the Salesforce team side (end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large implementation projects).
  • Process Ownership of selected system module(s) and definition of the process roadmap with the Product Owner.
  • Collect and analyze requirements from relevant stakeholders.
  • Determine efficient solutions and provide design leadership to address the impact on processes and the system.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the development team (developers/QAs).
  • Analyze and address incidents/change requests from the Support team.
  • Maintain the project and user documentation.
  • Participate in end users trainings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or ERP systems implementations as a System analyst or Consultant (especially Salesforce.com).
  • 2+ years of experience leading a workstream including grooming and assessment of requirements, designing solutions, performing an impact analysis, and hands-on experience with configuration.
  • Two or more Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Developer, App Builder).
  • Understanding of databases basics, system and data integration architecture.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Experience in business processes modeling.
  • Good communication skills and business level English language skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Quick learner, analytical mind, ability to structure the information, define logical circuitries, critical thinking, attention to details.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding/working knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio.
  • Experience in using issue tracking tools like TFS, JIRA or Trello.
  • Understanding of Software industry specifics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of professional experience in a relevant field.
