Responsibilities

  • Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional (global) partners (resellers, distributors, ISVs, system integrators, etc.);
  • Ownership and pipeline management of renewal opportunities in Salesforce;
  • Work with clients and partners to streamline renewals through proactive communication;
  • Quote generation, regular cadence of customer notification, and diligent follow up;
  • License and records data administration, validation, license prorating and co-terming;
  • Collaboration with internal teams; alignment with Services, Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting;
  • Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures (Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration functions;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience;
  • Fluent in English and Japanese;
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office applications;
  • Effective teamwork, ability to work independently and think critically;
  • Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills;
  • Willingness to work in a global team setup.
