Responsibilities

• Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
• Drawing page layouts for sites under the responsibility of the web team
• Drawing landing pages and e-mails layouts
• Creation of graphic elements (pictures, logos, icons, partially visuals) for publication on websites
• Building a UI guide (development of styles and standards for UI elements on websites), monitoring its observance
• Control over the quality of implementation of layouts by webmasters
• Making simple layout changes in the admin panel, assembling pages from standard blocks from the guide
• Communication with webmasters and content managers, finding the best solutions to meet the requirements
• Communication with graphic designers on technical requirements for the graphics prepared for websites, compliance of graphic elements with corporate styles enshrined in the brand book

Requirements

• Understanding of grid and principles of adaptive / responsive layout
• Understanding guides and participation in their development
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch/Figma
• Demonstrate graphic design experience via a high-quality, professional project work portfolio.
• Experience with large projects
• Experience in drawing sets of icons from scratch
• Parallel work on several projects, the ability to switch
• High level of drawing pixel-perfect icons and illustrations, the ability to fit into styles and match brand books
• Experience in creating UI kits and guides for developers and other designers
• Work on optimization and automation of routine tasks
