Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • As a member of the Next Gen Sales Team, you will develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals, growth and market share with your clients throughout your market. You will support the Sales and Partner Teams to approach accounts strategically. You will apply best-in-class sales skills to manage inbound activity and drive outbound outreach to target prospects.
  • You will work as part of Next Gen Sales Team to ensure we engage effectively with our customers to ensure ongoing growth and to create and maintain a continuous culture of success and achievement.
  • You will be familiar with our product and technology to engage in thoughtful product discussions and hands-on demonstrations to decision makers and stakeholders.
  • A large majority of your time will be customer facing. You will measure the pulse of the market in general, manage customer expectations and communicate relevant information back to the organization through regular interactions with Marketing, Products, and Global Services.
  • Maintain accurate, predictable forecasts, and drive continuous improvement and training around the sales process.

SALES

  • Next Gen Sales Target for Europe
  • Support Sales team in Sales Life Cycle by create/grow pipeline and close the deal.
  • Advise and consult in potential customer solutions by being the 1st level Go-to Technical Expert for Next Gen Solutions
  • Develop Business Value Models and Business Cases.
  • May require frequent travels.

SOLUTION

  • Design and develop appropriate Solutions with following responsibilities: Develop Solution Designs for potential initiatives.
  • Designs Business Value Architectures for clients. (Co)-Lead Solutions Design as pre-sales activity to increase the chance of deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services to complete the solution delivery.
  • Document the client’s process and estimate efforts of proposed automation.
  • Negotiate POC scope and success criteria with clients.
  • Provide technical support for client installations including local (laptop) and virtual machine deployments and verification of test environments, access, data, etc. necessary to conduct.

POC (Proof of Concept)

  • Code respective POC solutions using multiple technologies.
  • Support account manager in preparation and presentation of POC results and demonstration
  • Debrief sales and record notes of client interactions and potential opportunities.
  • Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings in support of account managers to deliver custom product demos, answer technical Q&A, engage in solutioning discussions and overcoming technical objections.
  • Prepare and maintain technical sales collateral to support discussions with client’s enterprise architects, infrastructure and security teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and contribute to distributed, cross-institutional open-source software application architecture and design teams.
  • Architect to scale by feature and for change.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Team to enhance product capabilities.
  • Provide oversight and guidance of new product initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Requirements

TECHNICAL:

• 5+ years of experience with AI, NLP, Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Automation

• Business process automation tools such as Workflow or Case Manager is preferable

• Process Mining, Process Model and Architecture tool.

• Cloud and virtualization architecture and infrastructure (e.g., VMWare, AWS, Azure)

• NET 3.5 and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)/Java Development/PHP Development.

• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Phyton, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, XML

• Complete experience in SDLC process.

PREFERRED:

• MBA or Master in Data Science

• Deeper understanding of software technology.

• Any Azure, AWS, Google, Workfusion, Abbyy, Kofax, Blue Prism, AA experience

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, with some Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

• 5+ Solution Design and Technology Architecture.

• UI based and advance automation technologies.

• Delivery of AI and Automations program preferable.
