Responsibilities

• Full-cycle project management and responsibility for product delivery on time
• Develop and maintain project plans inclusive of budgets and resource utilization schedules
• Track and communicate progress, potential issues, and roadblocks to all project stakeholders
• Manage risk both for the team members and for stakeholders
• Determination of dependencies and organization of workload with related teams
• Organization and hosting of team and cross-team meetings
• Execution control of product release procedures
• Collection of product delivery process metrics, bottleneck analysis and problem-solving
• Feedback collection of product delivery process

Requirements

• 2 or more years of PM experience
• English language proficiency - upper-intermediate or higher
• Experience in working with JIRA and MS Project
• Knowledge of the principles of project planning (budget management, personnel, risks, project resources);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development/testing will be an advantage
• Understanding of scrum and kanban will be an advantage
• Interest in RPA, process analysis, and process mining will be an advantage

Education

Higher technical education, or higher education with a specialization in information technology, or technical background
