Responsibilities

• Participation in transformation and consolidation of Group financial statements according to IFRS/ US GAAP, preparation of notes to consolidated FS;
• Participation in the annual group audit (providing data on audit requests);
• Annual local audit of Cyprus companies;
• Participation in the monthly management accounts closing procedures (controls, errors correction, communication with other departments on emerging issues); preparation of reports;
• Participation in interesting and non-standard projects (M&A transactions, business valuation, option programs, work with banks, external financing, transition from IFRS to US GAAP, etc.)

Requirements

• Upper intermediate English or higher, Russian as advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or within an audit company
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills
• Good knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP
• ACCA in progress - as advantage
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills; high sense of responsibility and accountability

Education

• University degree - Finance/Economics/Accounting;
