We are looking for an Employee Engagement Senior Specialist who will help us to build the culture where every employee voice is heard and where managers and leaders are enabled and capable of using employee feedback to improve business productivity. 
In this role, you should be passionate about creating an environment of trust in which employees know that they can share their views, and where positive actions are taken in response. You should be able to analyze the engagement data and translate it into actions. Excellent communication skills are essential on this role. If you also have experience working with continuous listening platforms like Workday Peakon Employee Voice we have at ABBYY and in managing complex projects we would like to meet you.


  • Analyze engagement data and its dynamics in general as well as per employees' groups/segments, identify trends, pinpoint risk areas and areas of improvement, as well as strengths
  • Propose and drive (with the support of HR Business Partners and the Country People Operations Team) improvements in employee lifecycle based on employees' feedback
  • Work in close collaboration with the Internal Communications Team to ensure that the engagement topic is in the radar of the core internal communications (Townhalls, digests, etc.); prepare relevant content (presentations, updates)
  • Be a subject matter expert and core admin for Workday Peakon Employee Voice platform implemented at ABBYY: manage the platform, survey settings and data integration, drive platform enhancements and updates, guide and support the People Team, as well as managers and employees
  • Drive Workday Peakon Employee Voice adoption by the Leadership Team (with the support of HR Business Partners); ensure that engagement data and employee feedbacks lay in the foundation of business decisions; drive regular engagement updates for top managers
  • Drive Workday Peakon Employee Voice adoption by managers (with the support of HR Business Partners, the People Operations Team, Learning&Development Specialist): run manager learning and best practice sharing sessions, ensure engagement topics are included in onboarding sessions and help onboard new managers, support manager learning portal, drive regular engagement digests for managers, run manager refresher sessions/office hours
  • Drive Workday Peakon Employee Voice adoption by employees (with the support of the People Operations Team and Learning&Development Specialist): run regular trainings sessions, ensure engagement topics are included in onboarding sessions
  • Create and drive Workday Peakon Employee Voice ambassador community at ABBYY
  • Be the main point of contact for Workday Peakon Employee Voice customer success manager: share ABBYY feedback, drive platform enhancements
  • Be the part of Workday Peakon Employee Voice external community: explore platform capabilities, learn industry best practices
  • Work in close collaboration with the People Team and leaders to oversee and streamline whole employee lifecycle, support learning&development, goal-setting and performance management processes
  • Be involved in CSR, DE&I and well-being initiatives in partnership with the broader People Team


  • Proven experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or similar
  • Proven experience in managing employee engagement platforms like Workday Peakon employee voice or similar
  • Current knowledge of employee engagement best practices and employee lifecycle management
  • Data driven mindset, strong analytics skills
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Creativity
  • Solid experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects across all levels of the HR and business
  • Experience in driving learning, awareness and communications campaigns from concept to implementation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with managers and employees
  • Fluent English
