We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Senior Specialist to help our employees and managers advance their knowledge and skills.

In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn, grow and advance their careers. Growth is a need shared by all individuals. A fulfilling job with adequate support and opportunities for growth helps to satisfy this need. This enables us to feel that we are growing professionally.

Excellent communication skills are essential on this role. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing complex projects as well as budgets, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Business leaders
  • Develop mechanisms to evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Ensure high usage of LinkedIn Learning, Internal LMS and other existing platforms
  • Develop and implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, mentorship, job-shadowing, online training) based on business needs for various business segments
  • Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities; ensure the quantitative and qualitative feedback from employees and managers lay the foundation of the L&D activities
  • Help managers and HR Business Partners to develop their team members through career pathing
  • Work in close collaboration with the People Team and leaders to oversee and streamline the whole employee lifecycle, support employee engagement, goal-setting and performance management initiatives
  • Steer vendor selection processes, negotiate contracts, track budgets

Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Current knowledge of learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Solid experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects across all levels of the HR and business
  • Experience in driving communications campaigns from concept to implementation
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Ability to analyze multiple sources of information (both internal and internal)
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Data driven mindset

Education

  • University or equivalent degree
