We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Well-Being Specialist to join our Employee Engagement Team. ABBYY is committed to driving employee engagement and employee experience, as well as to being a socially responsible company. 
In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn, advance their careers and be their best selves at work. You should be able to drive cross-company initiatives and complex multi-stakeholder projects and measure the results. Excellent communication skills are essential on this role.


L&D area:

  • Help to create and execute learning strategies and programs in close collaboration with the Senior Learning&Development Specialist
  • Be a subject matter expert and admin of LinkedIn Learning, Internal LMS and other existing L&D platforms: manage the platforms, their settings and data integration, drive platforms' enhancements and updates, create and add new learning materials, assign mandatory trainings, design learning paths for various employee groups
  • Guide and support the People Team, as well as managers and employees, with all queries related to LinkedIn Learning, Internal LMS and other existing L&D platforms
  • Monitor the L&D statistics and platforms' usage; propose and execute communication campaigns to ensure high usage of L&D platforms
  • Search and select L&D vendors (in cooperation with Senior L&D Specialist and broader People Team)
  • Help to steer vendor selection processes, negotiate contracts, track budgets
  • Work with L&D queries from employees and managers


CSR area:

  • Own and manage ABBYY global CSR agenda and initiatives
  • Help land local CSR initiatives in close collaboration with regional People Teams
  • Drive the adoption of CSR-focused policies and procedures across the organization
  • Respond to CSR-related queries from customers, partners, employees
  • Manage a CSR budget


Well-being area:

  • Own and drive global well-being initiatives in close collaboration with the Global Rewards Team and the Internal Communication Team
  • Help running local well-being initiatives in partnership with regional People Teams
  • Monitor employee engagement and well-being data
  • Manage a well-being budget


  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects across all levels of the HR and business
  • Experience in driving campaigns from concept to implementation
  • Data driven mindset, attentiveness to details
  • Ability to analyze multiple sources of information (both internal and external)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; solid business acumen
  • Passion for L&D, CSR, well-being areas; previous experience in at least one of these areas will be a huge benefit
