Responsibilities

ABBYY FlexiCapture is the flagship product of ABBYY. ABBYY FlexiCapture is more than an intelligent data capture and extraction solution. FlexiCapture brings together the best NLP, machine learning, and advanced recognition capabilities into a single, enterprise-scale document capture platform to handle every type of document and every job size. It's built for the needs of today's complex digital enterprise.
Orchestrating the process from acquisition to delivery, FlexiCapture feeds content-driven business applications such as RPA and BPM, helping organizations focus on customer service, cost reduction, compliance, and competitive advantage. The efficiency of many organizations depends on the speed and quality of our product. Customs declarations, contracts, invoices and much more are processing by our system - that's why it is important to us that all these documents were able to be processed correctly and so we strive to use the most modern technologies and customer feedback to improve quality.

We are looking for a Senior FlexiCapture C++ Developer to join the technology integration team. The team's area of responsibility includes support for already released versions of the product, the introduction of new technologies into the product as well as developing new features. 

Responsibilities:

• Investigating why the product works different with client expectations
• Integrating the latest ABBYY's technologies into the product
• Developing new features
• Refactoring of legacy code
• Improving our SDK for better experience
• Creating tests
• Supporting CI/CD process in git/tfs

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience of C++ (Windows applications)
• Solid understanding of modern architectures of distributed application
• Ability to design a product subsystem, document it and argue your decision
• Fast understanding of how different ABBYY's technologies works
• Have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with other engineers and testers both from you team and from others, sometimes across multiple time-zones.

An advantage:

• Experience in COM, multithreading and Win Api
• Have knowledge of XML and C#
• Have knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
