Responsibilities

ABBYY is a global company. We sell our products all over the world and one of the important parts of our business is licensing ABBYY technologies in the form of SDKs. ABBYY FineReader Engine is the leading commercial OCR (optical character recognition) product which allows embedding ABBYY OCR  technologies to third-party applications and clients services. It's known for its character recognition quality and is used in thousands of applications all over the world - from small startups to big enterprises. Millions of images are process with FineReader Engine each month by our customers.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a software engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, principles and procedures
• Strong knowledge of C++ (it's good to know C# and Java)
• Good knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures
• Experience in cross-platform programming (Linux/MacOS)
• B1 English level
• Good soft skills and level of responsibility
