As a Project Manager for Professional Services, you will help to build IDP customer satisfaction and related services' revenue growth, through the technical engagement and enablement of our customers and partners. Your goal will be to ensure successful project management of ABBYY IDP solutions from scoping to delivery.
You will be responsible for comprehensive project management for the ABBYY products working in an agile international environment to coordinate project delivery, reporting into the Director of Professional Services. You will establish the link between business requirements and technical implementation by planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Be a trusted technical advisor to customers. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Work within the Professional Services team to define, plan, execute and close large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ensuring project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, on-budget, within scope and timelines. Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues and have a proactive mitigation plan. Track team progress against key initiatives and communicate status to leadership
Create project documentation that is complete and stored appropriately. Ensure correct and timely feedback is shared with project team members
Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
