Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Platform Team. As a leading technical member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing changes in the core services of our new flagship product.
Our team is responsible for the backend services of the product. We use C# and .net core for our microservices, we write integration and unit tests. We always care about performance and scalability.
Our expectations:
Demonstrated experience in leading a team of software developers.
Ability to hire, retain and nurture diverse talent.
Ability to create a team culture where individuals feel safe expressing themselves and trying new things.
Experience in building new services and establishing common approaches, contributing to technical strategy, helping to deliver consistently and iterate quickly
5+ years of hands-on experience in API development.
Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET platform.
Experience with any ORM framework (we use linq2db).
Ability to design a part of the product and explain your decisions.
Experience in developing highly scalable web services.
Ability to write clean and readable code.
Unit Tests, Git, CI/СD.
 
It would be a plus if you have experience with:
PostgreSQL and Redis.
Docker and Kubernetes.

Education

Education in related fields would be a plus
