Responsibilities

∙ Manages and supervises the product documentation team (2-3 empls) 
∙ Documentation development - writing and maintaining up-to-date documentation for the product: user manuals, system administrator guides, API references, etc..
∙ UX writing - finding the proper words for menus, buttons, labels, etc.; writing program messages; communication with designer, developers, and translators.
∙ UI and help localization - collecting files for translation, building-in translation into product.

Requirements

Required
∙ At least 5 years experience as a technical writer in a software and/or technology development company.
∙ Experience with leadership roles in technical writing.
∙ Good written and oral communication skills.
∙ Ability to collect information from various sources, analyze and organize content in a structured and consistent manner.
∙ Ability to describe complex things in a simple and understandable way.
∙ Level of English not lower than B2.

An advantage
∙ Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence.
∙ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
∙ Experience in developing API documentation.
