Responsibilities

• Documentation development - writing and maintaining up-to-date documentation for the product: user manuals, system administrator guides, API references, etc..
• UX writing - finding the proper words for menus, buttons, labels, etc.; writing program messages; communication with designer, developers, and translators.
• UI and help localization - collecting files for translation, building-in translation into product.

Requirements

• At least 2 year experience as a technical writer in a software and/or technology development company.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collect information from various sources, analyze and organize content in a structured and consistent manner.
• Ability to describe complex things in a simple and understandable way.
• Level of English not lower than B2.

The advantage will be

• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in developing API documentation.
