This includes the continuous improvement and execution of a global sales process, managing the global sales operations team, and collaborating and supporting sales leaders and the chief sales officer.
Julia has over 15 years of experience leading Revenue Operations and Strategy in technology companies in all stages of maturity from startup to growing corporate environments. Before joining ABBYY, she managed Sales Operations at Celonis, Newsela, and Everyday Health. Her expertise lies in transforming companies’ GTM strategies and global sales operations using a data-driven and technology focused approach. She helps to create the foundation to expand sales teams into new territories, products, and selling motions, creating exponential ARR growth.
