ABBYY, a Digital Intelligence company, has appointed Aileen Allkins as a Non-Executive Director to its Board and added Anubhav Saxena as an Advisory Board member. These appointments follow the appointment of renowned tech executive Robert Youngjohns as Chairman of the Board to drive ABBYY’s growth strategy. Allkins and Saxena will be instrumental in transforming customer engagement, building strategic partnerships and executing product innovation to generate significant market leadership.
Currently based in the UK, Allkins is CEO of Aileen Allkins Consultancy and was most recently Corporate Vice President of Global Customer Service and Support (CSS) at Microsoft where she revitalized a global team to offer world-class customer service. Previously, she led worldwide software support at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) where she significantly improved customer satisfaction and retention rates.
