Konstantin Anisimovich grew up in Minsk, Belarus, and is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Faculty of General and Applied Physics.. Konstantin joined ABBYY in 1991 and became the company’s Chief Technology Officer and Vice-President for Linguistic Technologies overseeing the company's R&D and product development activities. Konstantin was directly involved in, and managed the development of, the recognition technologies, which are used in ABBYY's flagship products: FineReader, Recognition Server, FormReader and FlexiCapture products. In 2003, Konstantin was awarded the Russian Government Prize for Achievements in Science and Technology.
