(Associate) Marketing Manager (f/m/d), Web Content Projects

Overall Purpose

As a Marketing Manager at ABBYY, you will be part of the Website Content Project Management team, playing a key role in delivering the company’s message to customers and partners via the Web. You will be responsible for managing web content projects and contribute to the optimization of the website content according to usability and SEO best practices. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and collaborators across the organization as part of an international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the launch of new website content by collecting business and technical requirements, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholder input
  • Coordinate cross team communication across various stakeholder groups, from product marketing, to content, to design, to technical web teams to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and that key stakeholders are informed about the current project status and potential issues
  • Track web content projects from kick-off, to execution, to final delivery and adjust the timelines as needed
  • Track and analyze performance data and create regular reports
  • Support with ongoing, regular website content changes and updates
  • Support with ongoing content SEO maintenance (metadata, image alt attributes, etc.) to ensure SEO accuracy and consistency across the corporate language websites
  • Assist in proofreading and reviewing website content
  • Actively participate in marketing meetings and take part to discussions about website strategies and future vision

Skills/Knowledge and Qualifications

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience working on website delivery for B2B businesses
  • Proven experience in SEO/content marketing and familiarity with SEO and analytics reporting tools
  • A passion for digital marketing and solid understanding of website optimization, best practices, SEO and trends
  • Experience working with Website Content Management Systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, to handle multiple tasks at once, and to work under strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and communicate with many stakeholders in multiple formats
  • Excellent English communications skills, spoken and written. Ability to speak French, German or other languages a plus
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
