Enterprise Sales Manager (f/m)

The candidate will possess profound sales experience in the enterprise software field preferably from the ECM/Capture industry. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in prior positions. This position requires a flexible, adaptable, fast paced resource that can thrive in a changing and fast growing software sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Illustrating, communicating and selling complex, value-based solutions to the CXO and executive level within the mid- to top-tier market place
  • Identification of new opportunities and development of new name business in France
  • Implementation of strategies to build, manage and enhance business with Enterprise customers
  • Focus on the development of profitable new business in the region
  • Take-over of inbound marketing leads, development through the sales pipeline until contract closure
  • RFP/RFQ management in your region, elaboration of offers, negotiation until contract closure
  • Management of internal forecasting for Enterprise sales using pipeline tools
  • Responsibility for the achievement of his/her individual sales quota/target

Skills/Knowledge

  • Profound experience of software and IT solution sales preferably in the ECM/Capture industry
  • Experienced in Enterprise software sales — excellent sales capabilities required
  • Hunter/Closer mentality being able to generate new business on CXO/executive level
  • Well-founded business/contact network
  • Influential; perceived by prospective client as credible and consultative
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English and French
