Product Support Engineer, Data Capture

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer at the Data Capture department for our Moscow office.

We have friendly, creative and talented people. Together we create solutions in the field of artificial intelligence, document input and data processing, which helps to transform information into useful knowledge.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing requests in the HelpDesk system for products of the DataCapture family on the 2nd line of technical support (no phone!)
  • Software products research and testing (products to automate the input of both documents and data)
  • Corporate users support around the world, more than 50% of queries in English
  • Writing some sample scripts of program usage for company
  • Interaction with employees of 1st line of support from foreign offices
  • Interaction with product team, testing and development departments
  • Writing reclamations
  • Creating articles for the Knowledge Base


  • Higher technical education (priority to graduates of leading technical universities)
  • Elementary knowledge of one or two programming languages ​​from the list: С++, C#.Net, VisualBasic.Net, JScript.Net, JScript®, JScript.Compact, VBScript
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system and utilities used in the analysis of the off-nominal situations
  • Knowledge of PC and network architecture, understanding the network interaction and network stack, basic knowledge of administration is welcome
  • Understanding the device of relational data, the ability to write simple SQL- request (dialect T-SQL or PL / SQL)
  • Knowledge of English that is good enough for conducting business correspondence (not lower than Upper-Intermediate)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, study skills, analytical skills, responsibility
  • Ability to form your ideas
