Sales Manager

We invite you to join us as a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Major Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas;
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activities on assigned leads, accounts, and opportunities in SalesForce;
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
Mandatory Skill Set/Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT software industry;
  • University degree, preferably in computer science;
  • Verbal and written communication skills, emphasis on communications with clients via phone, email, Skype, and webinar technology;
  • Fluent Business English, Russian and Ukrainian;
  • Customer-focused;
  • Drive for results.
