Sales Operations Analyst, Marketing and Sales Processes (f/m)

ABBYY Europe is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support ABBYY’s Marketing and Sales processes.

As part of the ABBYY Sales Operations team, this position will be responsible for coordinating lead qualification and development processes, analysing CRM data and improving data quality in You will also support the development and implementation of new sales processes. Furthermore, the position will supervise marketing automation processes, supporting regional marketing teams in performing marketing campaigns and actions in the marketing automation system. This role will provide a crucial link between marketing and sales, requiring daily interaction in German and English with multiple teams within the organisation.


  • Manage lead qualification and development processes and workflows, while acting as a liaison between the lead qualification team and the sales teams
  • Track status and ensure appropriate processing of leads. Make recommendations to Marketing and Sales Management about necessary changes
  • Coordinate and implement lead nurturing campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Analyse and improve data quality in the CRM system
  • Evaluate existing sales and marketing processes, identifying potential for improvement
  • Create process documentation including workflow outlines and interaction guidelines


  • University degree preferred (BA/BS) or equivalent
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once and deliver projects on time
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide / data tracking and analysis
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and CRM Systems (preferably
  • Excellent English & German skills including copywriting and copyedit skills, fluency in additional (or in other European) languages a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and talent to work across business units, functional departments and teams
  • Proficiency with the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Organised and detail-oriented approach to work
