Sales Operation Manager (f/m/d)

ABBYY Europe is a fast-growing private global software company that requires additional Sales Operations Manager to support our growth and expansion by elaborating, developing, implementing and managing sales processes according to the company’s strategical goals. The Sales Operations Manager’s job involves working together with senior management to translate strategies into processes as well as consulting and supporting business users on the execution of the processes.


  • Elaborate, develop, implement and manage sales and operations processes
  • Consult Business owners (senior management) on process implications of the company’s strategical goals and projects
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product development and other departments to align processes and implement changes across the company
  • Work together with the system analytics / development team on implementing processes into the CRM system (
  • Create and maintain policies and rules of engagement for Sales and Operations teams
  • Support Salesforce users (manage change and service requests, train users on Salesforce features, supervise bug fixing)


  • University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent education preferred
  • Experience in Sales Operations, strategical CRM consulting, business consulting or similar
  • Understanding of Sales processes and KPI methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once and deliver projects on time
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide / data tracking and analysis
  • Experience with CRM Systems (preferably
  • Excellent English and German skills including copywriting and copyedit skills, fluency in additional (or in other European) languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and talent to work across business units, functional departments and teams
  • Proficiency with the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to work, readiness to take on responsibility and project ownership
