Support specialist of the 2nd line for FineReader products

We are looking for a support specialist of 2nd line for FineReader products for our Moscow office.

We have friendly, creative and talented people. Together we create solutions in the field of artificial intelligence, document input and data processing, which helps to transform information into useful knowledge.

Key responsibilities

  • Responses to customers on the 2nd line
  • Independent analysis of products to repeat client requests
  • Remote connection to customers' computers and assistance in solving problems
  • Writing reclamation
  • Creating articles for the Knowledge Base


  • Higher technical education
  • Possibility to work full time
  • Excellent English language knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team
