Technical account manager

We invite you to the position of technical account manager to our Moscow office! We are looking for an active, communicative, experienced technical specialist. The vacancy implies communication with clients, partners of the company, maintenance of complex technical projects.

What to do

  • Analysis of business processes and assessment of the client's needs, development of requirements for the information system, explanation of the choice and development of the architecture of a system, creation of information technology solutions and consulting the customer on the company's products;
  • To give presentations and demonstrations of the company's products to customers;
  • Project management of company’s products implementation for customers;
  • Promotion of software and presale, sales support;
  • Collection and systematization of knowledge on product lines and experience in the implementation of company products;
  • Transfer of knowledge and consultation of partners in the field of effective application of products and solutions of the company;
  • Participation in projects for the development of company solutions, writing project documentation;
  • Control of the implemented functionality of solutions according the scenarios;
  • Building relationships with technical experts and IT managers of customers;
  • Preparation and teaching training courses on the company's products to customers and partners;
  • Business correspondence with customers, directors of companies.

Expectations

  • Higher technical education is necessary;
  • IT skills is necessary: operating systems, databases, algorithms, programming basics;
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to be able to quickly and technically correctly find a solution based on the information received from the customer, to generate project or pre-project documentation;
  • Experience in project management, project implementation;
  • Experience in conducting presentations, trainings and technical seminars for clients;
  • Analytical set of mind;
  • Communication skills (desire and ability to communicate with people);
  • To be able to read technical documentation in English language.
