The Email-to-Incident Automation solution connects ABBYY Vantage with ServiceNow to streamline the processing of invoice-related emails. When an email with invoice sent as attachment is received ServiceNow automatically logs a task and securely sends the attached invoice to ABBYY Vantage for data extraction.

The key details such as the invoice number, date and amount are accurately captured and validated. If manual review is needed, the process updates the task so that operator can review it and once review is completed solution automatically fetches the extracted data from ABBYY Vantage and seamlessly updates in ServiceNow.
