• Visual components. With ABBYY Visual Components you can easily, quickly and effectively fulfill typical UI tasks like:
  o Add, remove and re-order document pages;
  o Preprocess an image and set up recognition zones;
  o View and modify recognized data.

• Semi-structured Forms Processing. ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine 9.0 extracts important data from documents like invoices, contracts, or letters which have no fixed layout. Despite the fact that invoices may have different structures, the necessary fields such as contract number, position name, or signature can be quickly located and extracted in an appropriate format.
• Unstructured Documents Processing. ABBYY FlexiCapture 9.0 can be used to process unstructured documents containing information presented in a free style, for example contracts, letters, orders, annexes.
• Advanced Processing of Multi-Page Documents and Long Tables. Most business documents, especially price lists, contracts, or surveys consist of several pages. Using ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine in multiple processes allows you to create a pool of objects that work simultaneously and use the full CPU power of the server computer. This is the optimal approach in most server scenarios.

Background initialization at the start of the server application ensures a speedy start of the server process; after initialization the processors are ready for use – the templates are loaded and the processors have been "warmed up". Server loads an image, feeds the image to the pre-initialized processor and gets the results in most effective way (with no extra time losses).
