The Form W-8EXP, Certificate of Foreign Government or Other Foreign Organization for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting skill extracts data from Forms W-8EXP. These forms must be provided in order to establish that the payee is not a U.S. person; claim that the payee is the beneficial owner of the income for which Form W-8 EXP is given; claim a reduced rate of, or exemption from, withholding as a foreign government, international organization, foreign central bank of issue, foreign tax-exempt organization, foreign private foundation, or government of a U.S. possession.

The Form W-8EXP skill is a preview Skill. It has been trained on a small document set and is intended to be used by citizen developers as a quick-start basis for processing Forms W-8EXP.
