Key announcements included the availability of Process AI for Consulting for project-based use, IDP Analytics for actionable insights and ROI tracking, and a Business Value Assessment tool to evaluate the impact of process intelligence. The event also stressed the importance of combining LLMs with structured IDP outputs for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, we also spotlighted ABBYY’s commitment to developers, showcasing the Document AI API and tools that enable agentic automation and scalable, AI-powered solutions tailored to real-world business needs.
AI agents promise speed and autonomy — but in complex business environments, that also means risk. This session explores how to apply agents where they truly create value, not chaos, and why structure, context, and oversight are critical. Learn how ABBYY powers intelligent agents with the inputs and visibility they need to act with confidence in high-impact scenarios.
Process AI offers advanced process mining and task mining technology, developed with the latest Al. Automatically build an interactive “digital twin” of an organization’s processes, enabling you to analyze process execution in real time, identify bottlenecks, and predict future outcomes. With full operational visibility, enterprises are empowered to make data-led decisions for optimization.
Analyzing the performance of intelligent document processing (IDP) is essential to maximizing its business impact. With the IDP Analytics module, organizations gain operational intelligence through advanced, actionable insights that drive continuous optimization and transparency. Clear performance data of your end-to-end document processing not only demonstrates ROI but also identifies areas for improvement, streamlines onboarding of new use cases, and reveals patterns that accelerate automation across teams. This insight empowers businesses to scale automation more effectively, reduce friction, and unlock the full value of their IDP initiatives and investments.
Generative AI is expanding what’s possible in automation — enabling tasks that were once too complex to automate and reducing the burden on employees. Large language models (LLMs) bring powerful capabilities for reasoning, summarizing, and decision support, opening new opportunities for smarter, more responsive workflows. But to deliver reliable results in business-critical processes, they need to be grounded in structured, validated data. That’s where ABBYY Document AI plays a crucial role. By combining the strengths of LLMs with purpose-built document processing, organizations can achieve more accurate, scalable automation — delivering innovation without compromising trust or compliance.
ABBYY has long served IDP developers. This year we’ve expanded and improved our community efforts, including investing in more developer-focused content like easier to use documentation, blog posts, product tutorials with open source code on GitHub, and more. We recently launched the ABBYY Developer Discord, a place for IDP professionals to chat live about their projects and network with other ABBYY developers, MVPs, and customers. Join us!
We unveiled major platform updates focused on agility, security, and developer empowerment. A new product lifecycle introduces continuous delivery for cloud users and structured release cycles for on-prem customers, improving change management and responsiveness. Vantage 3.0 (currently in technical preview) brings smarter skill training, redaction, improved OCR, and enhanced analytics, while FlexiCapture and FineReader Engine updates focus on performance, localization, and long-term stability. Timeline 6.1.4 enhances enterprise-scale data analysis with better filtering, calendar accuracy, and complex metric creation. Looking ahead, we will further streamline the integration of its synergetic Document AI and Process AI portfolio into a cohesive framework. Additionally, ABBYY is focusing on an API-first approach, prioritizing developer access, extensibility, and robust documentation.
