We are returning to Bengaluru, India, for the third year to host the ABBYY Developer Conference 2025 on July 9th and 10th, which promises to deliver two days of innovation, excitement, and community among passionate developers and technologists..
Following last year’s success, this year’s event is set to deliver even more, with dedicated breakout sessions for both business tracks and developer tracks—ensuring every attendee walks away with insights tailored to their interests and goals.
Tell me more about the hackathon
The hackathon is the highlight of our developer conference. In past years, this event has generated an electric atmosphere of camaraderie and friendly competition that filled both participants and attendees with inspiration. Hackathon ideas not only fuel innovation and yield valuable information about our solutions—they also encourage everyone in attendance to connect, collaborate, and build valuable relationships.
What do I need to do?
The requirement for hackathon participants is to create a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that showcases:
- A unique solution using any ABBYY product
- Integration with AI tools (e.g., GPTs, Cursor, bolt.new)
- Real-world applications across any industry or use case
Past ABBYY hackathon participants included teams from Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, PWC, and Unilever, who created solutions to solve business challenges ranging from an automated loan application module to invoice processing to onboarding workflows enhanced with generative AI.
