Tecala, one of Australia’s leading technology partners and an award-winning ABBYY partner, together with ABBYY, a global leader in purpose-built AI for enterprise automation, today announced the availability of Tecala Transformr powered by ABBYY — an AI Agent–driven solution that automates document-heavy business processes end-to-end.

Transformr represents a new category of intelligent automation. Rather than simply digitising documents, the solution deploys a coordinated team of specialised AI Agents — each responsible for a distinct stage of the process — orchestrated around ABBYY’s industry-leading Document AI platform. The result is a solution that doesn’t just extract data from documents — it reasons, validates, routes, and acts on that data autonomously, while keeping people in control where it matters.

While Accounts Payable is the flagship use case, Transformr’s configurable AI Agent architecture extends to any document-intensive process — including Claims Processing, Sales Order Entry, Purchase Order Management, Remittance Advice, Contract Review, and other high-volume workflows where documents drive business decisions.
