ABBYY Exits Business Operations in Russia

Like many global companies, ABBYY closed its operations in Russia and filed for liquidation of its legal entities in the country. ABBYY stopped all sales, development, and provision of services in Russia and Belarus and relocated critical personnel. Furthermore, ABBYY is not associated with any Russian-based companies.

ABBYY is a privately owned US-based independent software vendor. Marlin Equity Partners is the single largest shareholder of ABBYY.
